  • Which Sheen is Right For Your Room?

    Flat Finish

Flat finishes are considered a muted finish, known for hiding wall imperfections and easy touch up. This sheen gives the walls a soft appearance that works best in lower-traffic areas.

    Matte Finish

Matte finish is a step above flat paint in terms of sheen and shine; although still relatively low sheen when compared to most paints. Its slightly increased reflection works well in a variety of rooms demanding greater protection from wear and tear.

    Satin Finish

Satin finish is an elevated level of sheen and is considered a medium level of shine. This reflective characteristic allows for greater durability, making it a great selection for higher traffic areas of your home.

  • Super Paint or Emerald, What's the Difference?

    Super Paint

Super Paint is an excellent all-around paint choice with some of the best performance at a great price point. It is designed to guard against fading and mildew thanks to its advanced stain-resistant technology and is available in Flat, Matte, or Satin finishes. Every project comes with Super Paint, unless an upgrade is selected.

    Emerald Paint

Emerald Paint offers industry leading washability, coverage and stain blocking technology.  Emerald also has anti-microbial additives that resist the growth of mold and mildew.  If you’re looking for a high-quality paint that offers durability, washability and will stand the test of time, Emerald is a great choice.  It is available in Flat, Matte, and Satin finishes. Upgrade to Emerald Paint in your cart.

How does this work?

The process is simple. Pick the rooms you want to paint. Add them to your cart and selection your start date.

Some rooms take more than one day. We will need consecutive days to finalize the project date. If you've chosen more than a one day project, the project manager at Painterati will be in touch.

How should I prepare for my room for painting day?

Room Requirements:

  1. All furniture must be moved out of the room or to the center of the room to allow for 4’ of working space on all walls. Painters are not able to move furniture; projects that do not meet the requirements above are subject to a rescheduling fee.
  2. Free walls of all hanging items such as pictures, posters, string lighting, curtains and decorations. If nail or wall fasteners are to be left in place for reuse, leave them on the wall. All holes to be filled must have nails removed or be labeled for our team to remove during the project.
  3. If there is existing paint on ceilings or trim, we will straighten the cut-in lines to hide as much as possible, we will not remove the previous paint.

Can I reschedule my start date?

Yes, you can reschedule two different ways:

  1. Reply to your confirmation text and cick on "reschedule"
  2. Email our project manager at info@painterati.com

Just note, a rescheduling fee of $99 will be charged if the project is rescheduled within a 72-hour window of the project start date. The rescheduling fee must be paid prior to scheduling the project.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation Fee: Free cancellation 72 hours in advance of project start date. A cancellation fee of $149 will be held from initial deposit upon cancellation within the 72-hour window of project start date.
